I have all that I need & more,

a place to rest my head,

drink to slake my thirst,

food for both body & soul.

~

Who cares about the haters?

I eat the valleys of the shadow of death for lunch,

for I know who walks with me.

We been walkin’ together a long, long time

& that walkin’s good.

Care to amble along?

~

We take no prisoners ‘cause why bother?

Let them go their own way.

If they wanna hang around & glower, so be it.

But we welcome all guests

& the welcome is good,

the kind that lasts forever & ever.
