Poem About Space

My mind overflows with feelings so intense,

Lost within a hopeless state of mental suspense.

But I won't give up, though these blues I embrace,

In a world so cold, I cling to hope like a grace.

A ray of light appears and slowly gives way,

Lightening my burden, dispelling the grey.

Strength inside of me and hope I embrace,

Soaring higher than a raptor to my fate.

Within me the fire that roars, my life ablaze,

Bringing with it new visions and strength that it prays.

Surging forward, faith and hope filling my sails,

Believing in tomorrow, to conquer all the trails.

This is not a goodbye, not just a race,

For my future is full of life, blessed with grace.

Grasping onto my hopes, believing they can endure,

Hardships come and go, this feeling is ever pure.
