Whilst a romance is so divine.

Sweet, pink cherry blossoms bloom.

Disregarding zodiac signs.

Devotion to a bride and groom.

***

Wedding plans would be optomised.

Pink clouds float across peaceful sky.

Chocolate cake not compromised.

At the end, the pink doves would fly

***

Pink gold rings purchased for the day.

Bridesmaids dresses made of pink chiffon

White and pink carnations in May.

Then, Rome, Italy and Milan.

***

Memories of this one event.

It's etched on our minds quite content.

Writer's notes: In previous sonnets, I went with ten syllables per line. In this sonnet, I chose to use eight syllables per line. Thank you for reading. You are appreciated.
