What's the matter? What has you so riled up today?

Screaming thoughts swirling 'round: cyclonic force.

Scattered debris flies wildly about. Questions of why, where to begin?

Waiting for the spark of inspiration to hit. Awaken my momentum.

Light my direction. Let my duties come to mind.

Help me to overcome my mind's tendency of rebellion.

Done with constant introspection, which brings no answers.

Only more questions!

Why am I here? I see no reason to be. Just more pain to be felt.

Life full of struggle... Waiting for the next harsh blow to be dealt.

Sure, there are times of fun, sprinkled in. Just enough to think-

Life's not all bad... See the good things, feel appreciation. Be at ease.

Welcome breaks in the clouds. Delightful pause, from doubt, we take.

Breathing in the fresh air. Smiling as warm sun shines bright.

Troubles retreat. For a few precious moments we breathe deeply.

Feelings of defeat and despair, release their tight death grip.

PEACE... for the moment. Chaos always returns another day.

WHY must it be this way? Regret. Minds plagued with worry.

World view awash with hatred, greed, disaster and liars--

Devastation rules the psyche. Should have done this differently.

Should be doing more...( for others, for self) but lack the drive.

Seems there is a failure to thrive. The light of day shows no pride.

Internally, screams the desperate plea, to run and hide. Be invisible!

Do not fret though, soon dusk with fall. Come the shadows, to call the calm.

Relentless chatter finally slows- Go Back to Center.

Find the wisdom, whispered from the soul -REMEMBER, ALL IS OK.

As darkness of night stretches ,fades the surroundings from sight, RELAX.

Turn out the light and climb into bed. Spirit allies come to relieve you.

Reminding- they're always here, to make burdens of the day DISAPPEAR!

So, rest now! It's alright. Sweet dreams as you soundly sleep.
