Good moments from the past year

A year ago,

I looked in the mirror

and told myself things would change.

I cook,

I read,

I exercise.

I let myself feel.

Weep with joy at my favorite symphonies.

All of this growth is only possible

because I looked within

and found a self worth fighting for.
