First steps are hard
as the nether milestone;
Children don’t come from
a walk of life
Forever my heart does a walkabout
One step ahead like
in larger strides than steps I’ve taken
Crawl be before you walk baby;
Children come through
in leaps and bounds,
as if dancing out of step-
Because a child is beyond their parents
Baby steps into borrowed scenery
She may not be able to see her wings
but I will give her the courage to fly
THEY are the larger picture
a spring in step, is a step in the right direction
Learn to walk before you run baby;
Transformation is as easy as child play
