I wish the intensity

in which I love;

Didn’t make people sweat it out!

I wish my heart

had a place which it

belonged immensely-

In arms, that held tight;

Instead of let go!

Where love felt easy,

AND loyalty was never questioned-

Where compromise meant,

work through, not work over—

Right then, I ate those words

Our eyes lock,

Our hearts threw away the key

Our initials in sharpie on lovers bridge

You say, I love you over

a long distance line

I close my eyes,

envisioning you across the room…

Don’t let anyone try to bring you down;

Take up room beautiful!

He was the rain to my cloud

You’re the smartest, funniest, beautifulest

amazing woman, who has stolen my heart

His love was never borrowed

TAKEN willingly without intent of return

A sight to see,

he gave my heart breathing room

he gave a future possibilities!
