When life gets tough and things seem bleak, And all around is chaos and defeat, It's easy to give up, to throw in the towel,

To say that you've had enough and just allow The weight of the world to crush you down, To drown in sorrow and wear a frown.

But there are those who never quit, Who keep on going no matter the hit, They rise above the challenges they face,

And find within themselves a steady pace. For they know that life is not a game, But a journey that we all must tame,

And though the road may be long and hard, They have the strength to play their part. They see the obstacles as opportunities,

To learn and grow, to find new possibilities, They never let fear or doubt hold them back, But use them as fuel to keep them on track.

So if you're feeling lost or full of strife, Remember that within you lies the power of life, And if you keep on pushing through,

You'll find the strength to see it through. For there is nothing you cannot overcome, When you choose to rise and never succumb,

To the trials and tribulations that may be, And in the end, you'll find victory. You will overcome.
