Natures Unwanted Ones.

I Am Crawling Through This Life.

I am the vines

twisted, misunderstood.

I am the weeds coming through soot.

Dirty, unloved.

Pulled out of life too soon.

I am the moon,

hidden in a sea of black.

I am the dirt

where nothing grows.

I am the absence of light.

I am a bird

giving up the fight.

To predators of the night.

I am crawling in life

just to be alive.

Through mud, dirt.

Arid windy deserts.

Among night time blues

fighting through.

To assert my right

to live this life.

To be alive.
