muzzle

a poem

I put on an imaginary muzzle

to get rid of all the shit you put me through

all the quirky, sarcastic digs from day one

have now become an echo in the darkest hell

whatever you say after that doesn’t really matter

I now have armour against all kinds of psychological violence

you don’t know, don’t want to know

what is inside of human bones

the only thing is to brag, share, and find fun

to occupy the thinnest layers of your guilt

you won’t even admit that there is

I had to dig it up to reveal

dual nature of double agent schemes

what does your face look like in the mirror now?

I hope you won’t be too busy scratching it out from the mud

you once tried hard to smear me and then you forgot about it

watching Netflix, not movies

going to the cinema, not to see a movie

mentioning the medium, not specific things

as if there was something inside worth appreciating

instead of a real work of art

which came from the master’s hands
