Monochromatic Maddening Monotone
Hands made of love turned into hands made of hate
I look much older today
All the bright colours faded away
In the darkness of my wrinkles and veins
Vigorously visible on my skin
Burned out from yesterday’s ashes
After playing in the theatre of abandoned disguises
With your fake smile on the face
Showing off to someone else
A poor girl, without attention to detail
Will risk her own future based on this
Cheating cheerful cheeks
Unbelievably useless for us
When the mutual agreement was broken
Into little pieces of judicial significance
And you still don’t realise
How you, affected by atrocious affinity
Threw my soul into the shark’s den
Closing the hatch behind
