mon chéri

a poem

you were my muse and now you’re hurting me

where is the sense in this?

you are not impartial, you are the enemy

instead of the lovely thing

you got me used to

they dragged you to the other side

the one where lies

only brutality, malice, sad truths

and where there is no time for sentiment

I have you in my bed every day

despite your lack of knowledge about it

as after a few brief moments alone

you closed your mouth and all channels

to communicate with you fell silent

as if your phone was overused

in the merely working environment

and apart from that, you are just a mute being

adept at dodging and hand-to-hand combat

like the best British agent with many faces

every time I wonder which one you are going to show me today

I’d like to know if any of your leads

was it supposed to be designed for me?

but now that all the enemies are closing in

there is no such thing as knowing

only surviving and mining

the real core of events
