Moments In Life

Moments of quiet contentment.

Moments with my paint brush in a creative zone.

Moments of feeling safe all on my own.

Moments with my pen pulsing and limitless words.

Moments of pure joy watching my singing backyard birds.

Moments of cool liquid flowing down my scorched spine.

Moments of walking in nature being wrapped around the fresh scent of pine.

Moments of laughter that spring tears to my eyes.

Moments of a delightful surprise.

Moments of easy compromise.

Moments when time stands still.

Moments of exploring a new artistic skill.

Moments of watching the dancing snow falling from the charcoal sky.

Moments of feasting on a delicious sweet peach and pumpkin pie.

Moments of endearing embraces.

Moments of embodying grace.

Moments of unfettered focus.

Moments of welcoming the spring crocus.

Moments of escaping into the sunset’s pink rays.

Moments of being swept into my husband’s loving gaze.

Moments of unexpected explosive rage.

Moments of feeling trapped in a iron cage.

Moments with my children full of lighthearted laughter.

Moments standing by my parents graves, praying to see them again in the hereafter.

Moments with my husband, my lover, my friend that will last our life until the very end.
