There once was a maiden who picked mistletoe with its berry,

Then she hung the bouquet from the ceiling quite merry.

It brought great cheer and much delight,

To those who beheld the charming sight,

A symbol of love for the ever-hopeful Sherry.

I - It is poisonous to animals and humans if eaten

S - Symbolic representation of good luck and cheer when it’s hung

T - Thought to bring about peace and harmony when possessed

L - Love and romance to those who kiss underneath its green leaves

E - Evergreen plant that is easy to see growing among the bare branches of trees

T - Toxic but beautiful parasitic plant used for Christmas Decoration

O - Only weapon that could kill Baldur the Beautiful, according to mythology

E - Evolved from a root parasite to a branch parasite on the trees the prey on
