Merry Christmas

From the bottom of my heart

Merry Christmas from the bottom of my heart,

To the Families,

To the Friends,

Thank you for supporting me while surviving your side of the tides we call life,

To those with one less person,

To those with one more person,

I hope and pray that you stay strong and find a reason to put a smile on even if it’s for a second, I wish you well and that you may prosper.

To those in New places with new people,

To those in Old places with no people,

To those anywhere with anyone,

To those who are nowhere with no boy,

Happy Holidays and be safe sometimes environments change year to year but let your heart remain warm and full of life.

Merry Christmas from the bottom of my heart for those giving or getting nothing,

Know that you are loved despite what you provide or what is provided.

Clench your fist and remind yourself that an empty hand can only be a hand that no longer exists.

Merry Christmas from Mountain Tops,

For all those who have conquered this year and reached new heights.

Merry Christmas to those in the deep,

For all those in the dark far down below for the moment, this can be your safe space for you to breathe.

I Wish Everyone a Merry Christmas,

Regardless if you do or don’t have a tree,

Take a moment to sing,

Make those calls home as the bells ring,

You are not alone as long as you believe,

Eat well, Train Hard, Fight Strong,

Sleep Tight, Laugh Often, Love Harder,

Don’t lose hope, find your reason to believe,

As the year comes to conclusion,

Enjoy the day even if all you get or see is a

Merry Christmas from me.

Merry Christmas and Hope for a Happier Year.
