Upside-down ocean, waved his hands, with his tongue sticking out,
"Nanna-nanna-boo-boo, sky!"
Right-side-up sky, blew a fancy kiss, from the ground below.
"I remember when we first met, long ago, was it yesterday?" Sky asked with a lighthearted giggle.
Their eyes lingered like fog in the morning.
Eternal strength,
imperishable passion.
Tossing and churning,
warring and playing.
Flirting for centuries,
since the dawn of time.
They waltzed on,
they tangoed,
they sambaed,
they did the swing.
All of creation,
knew not a love so idiosyncratic,
so intoxicatingly enchanting.
With adagio tempo,
music from creatures,
high and low,
gracefully bellowed at them,
instigating their performance all the more.
