It was in broad day light
When my heart realized

My head said
No, you don't
Why are you sobbing, then?
That is not realistic
Only in fairytales do you fall in love that fast
Wake up, focus on reality
But my heart
Leaping like a youthful chimp
The joy flowing from head to toe
Roll with it, I told myself
You just got hit by the love bug
Flow with the ease
Open yourself up to love
Release the stories of old
The traditions of men of old
Create something new!
In love, I have healed
In love, I found my fountain of youth
In love, my gifts bubbled to the surface to be seen
In love all is renewed
To love & to hold
To nurture & to grow
To multiply & be fruitful
To share seeds of mystery
To believe in fairytales again
Meeting love for the first time
Opened doors in my heart
I never knew where there
Heart wide open
Ready to experience
The joys of earth & its hidden treasures
I met love for the first time.
