Swear to this world we must do ourselves proud,
Yet we got a lot to figure out
Straighten up these ups and downs
Let our hearts clean themselves of judgement
Understand we must accept all differences.
Conquer our hate and not let the head complicate.
Heads high, mind clear do something more than six figures.
Treat others like the people they are
Never close our eyes to the people in need,
And never be blind and pretend not to know words can hurt.
Everyday a heart is broken,
Everyday a life is lost,
Whatever we believe we must continue to pray
And accept each other in every way.
Empty hearts what are we living for,
Harming others never knowing what’s in store.
Do we all ride on pride and vengeance?
Do we stop to think that we can make a change?
Every day we must not forget that no matter if the sun doesn’t shine
No matter if skies stop showing blue,
We are here in this world together
And must do to others how we would like to be done to.
People cry, people lie, and people die.
What if we just settled our differences?
Would it be just too much to ask for one kind favor a day?
Can’t we just show some love
See people as people and not judge who they may be
End the bullying, stop the hating
Remember that we all strive for the same thing.
Pursuing happiness without doing wrong
And in our hearts our faith must stay strong.
Put an end to some of the pain and misery
And let ourselves feel free.
Every day a life is prevented from starting
Every day a person is in need of a home.
Will we ever learn to forgive and move on
Even if someone else does us wrong?

Ah Sid. The world has many different personalities. We cannot dwell on the negative ones, let's find even one positive one and hold fast to living our best lives. We can't change peoples ideas and beliefs, just be who we are and run with it. I hope you are in a better place with it all now. You ae not alone in this struggle. Blessings.
