Writer's notes: Love is associated with the heart, mind, and soul. Thinking of a comforting love alphabet soup, my ABC poem is a simple form of this type of acrostic. The poem is also known as an abecedarium poem. Simply, the first letter of every verse follows the alphabetic order.
Originally written for the Vocal Writing Prompt group's "Love" for the third prompt in a mini-challenge!
In addition, it has been submitted to Vocal media from across the room challenge that will be judged by Kirun Kapur who teaches at Amherst College and serves as editor of the Beloit Poetry Journal.

This is so amazing. So captivating and with such talent
Babs, you surprise me so many times you keep getting better with every word you write. This one actually brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for writing this one.
Wow not only was that so expertly done in the form… but the poem itself was beautiful! I loved all the words you chose, they really worked so well together and this one left me with a happy feeling. I could go back every day and read this and feel good!
Even way back in the day you were slinging good rhymes, Babs. Great work! You kept the theme all the way through!
Oooo, I like this one. Comforting, like alphabet soup, and I good reminder of what I want in love!
Abacada-rific!
Can't believe I haven't read this. Beautifully done, Babs!
Love this so much, Babs. Love that it's an Abecedarian, and love how well you stayed with the theme. Beautiful expressions in this!
