When we say Black Lives Matter We also mean Palestinian lives Together, we'll fight for a world that's better Where equality and justice ring true.
Matter, lives, they all do From different corners of the world Black, Palestinian, our skin hues But our struggles are closely hurled
Black Lives Matter, we shout For equality, for justice to reign Palestinian Lives, we cry out For freedom, for peace to sustain
Our voices may be silenced But our spirits, they all burn For the lives that have been senselessly taken Our hearts, they deeply yearn
Inspired by Emily Dickinson, Phillis Wheatley, and Frances Ellen Watkins Harper
