Little fish
Wouldn't you make a wish
For me wouldn't you see
That I could take the hitch
O' little fish
Stuck in a dish
Couldn't you see
Could you picture this
A bowl is petite compared to the ocean where life is so unique
Mermaids of wonder
And fisherman who plunder
Lost wishes and sunken ships
I bet you remember this
Little fish
The stories you tell
Do you know the one
Of the pyramids that fell
Or maybe you can break your vow of silence
And tell your tale
of how you ventured far and wide
To cure your wanderlust
Did you marry
Did you have fear
When your landscape
Became so small
Small world big fish
Could you picture this?
A pirate with a hearty crew
That tried to make you into stew
But you made it out alive didn't you?
O' brave fish
How'd you end up like this
Nowhere to go
And lost from your home
So now I'll empty you into the salt
So now you are free
There now, little fish,
Come back with stories to tell me
