Do not let my light go out.
I feel it dimming inside me.
The world against me squashing it because it burns their skin and hurts their eyes.
Fill my life with love.
A love that believes only the good I see and not the negative thoughts that intrude on my joy.
Let me be full to the point of exploding it all over everyone I meet.
Let there be laughter.
Let the joy I find in even the hardest moments blend with light and love to culminate in a spontaneous expression of my hope.
My hope that I mean something to someone and that meaning makes life easier to bear.
Please give me light, love, and laughter.
