Let Me Finish
Bullies, Intimidators, Narcissists
Many are silenced daily
By bullies, intimidators, narcissists
Those that speak loudest
Wanting their self righteousness
To take prime precedence
Not wanting anyone else to intervene
To disagree, question or say their piece
For they think they know
All too well
How to dictate your thoughts
Feelings and needs
Control your daily routines
How dare you have an opinion
How dare you challenge
How dare you critique
Or comprehend a better way
Leaders don’t always get it right
A title doesn’t always give you prerogative
To impose authoritarian grandiosity
Bullish tactics
Intimidating aggression
Always shutting down others
With ‘Let me finish’…….
