Queen in a castle
Lamb to the slaughter
You're never as good as the next foal to come
We're all just animals to be born and bred and buried
-
She's young and sexy
Every aspect is a bright enhancement on an old favorite
We play the classics
On the scratchy record player
But it never sounds as good to me
-
Stallions chase, that's just who they are
But you'll never get that mare back
She's dainty, and you like to break small things
Don't forget the sharp edges of once soft porcelain
-
The road ahead is long and winding
Paths crossed and faded into oblivion
I'm too tired to change you any more
Go be somebody else's
