THE ART OF LOVE

By Ian Schneider on Unsplash

Love…

It doesn’t matter who initiates love,

but the recipient should also reciprocate love.

Love is an art;

drawing someone’s attention is dependent upon the feelings that illustrate it.

Question…?

That portrait dressed in skin…which part of them is your favorite?

Are you with them because of their physical contour- only admiring the sculpt and sketch of their body?

Is it because of the way their personality is painted…?

Hopefully it’s not only because of the sculpting of their body and the fantasies their riches can sketch.

If that’s the case, then your eyes are tainted.

There will come a time when sculptures break.

There will come a time when colors faint.

You will see the true art of their soul when you deny and refuse to honor their requests for material things, vacations, and quests, - as they are faced with the words “no, can’t, won’t, or ain’t.”

These are the words used when there are differences, intolerances, and budget constraints.

FAKE LOVE

By Jacob Rank on Unsplash

Love should be unconditional.

A person should not be abandoned when material things are dissipated.

Love can be impersonated.

People can fake it to make it but, it won’t be long before you see their true colors and recognize their love is imitated.

Anyone can say “I love you.”

Love feels better when left unsaid and is more fulfilling when it is demonstrated.

LOVE IS NOT BLIND

By Mitchell Griest on Unsplash

Love…

It does not feel good to be lonely.

It’s better to wait than to be in a relationship and emotionally frustrated.

You will find the love you deserve.

The one you are looking for is in the universe; your heart for them is reserved.

Love is not blind; you will see love at first sight once you lock eyes - as the allurement of their glare hits your optical nerve.

But...

you will never witness love - if you fail to observe.

PERFECT LOVE

By Tolga Ulkan on Unsplash

Love…

There is no such thing as perfect love.

Don’t be so focused on perfection.

Focus on finding that ONE—the one who naturally syncs with your love language so there won’t be any misapprehensions when it comes to your definition of affection.

Love itself is like the wind, you can’t see it but you can feel its warm embrace.

The lack of love is like the sun; you may ignore it but the signs will always be there…shining bright right in front of your face.

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

By Alexander Grey on Unsplash

Love…

Don’t force it, let it flow like the ocean.

Be vulnerable; leave your heart open.

What is L.O.V.E.

Love is a Limitless Overstimulate Vigorous Emotion.

It depends upon the mutual vibe you share; emotion is merely energies in motion.

LUST

By Joey Nicotra on Unsplash

Lust is the thing you strongly desire that is seemingly robust.

But after indulgence, you feel regret, lack of morale, and disgust.

It is that moment when you war with judgment, as both sides of your conscience fuss.

But, you were woefully ignorant -refusing to take heed and weigh the consequences your conscience has discussed.

If your morals reigned prominent, if your willpower was dominant, -

then you would have remained consciously competent.

But instead when you were in the mix, you were weathered with artificial emotion —so laser-focused on the mist, instead of exploring what’s the core contributor causing the wavering fog to drift.

By Bálint Szabó on Unsplash

Love is like the wind; you can’t see it, but you can feel it.

And lust is like a cloud. You can see it, but when you try to touch the cloud, you realize you thought you felt it —that is to say at least you thought you did at first.

You then realize lust is a carnal euphoric myth.

The emotions will eventually become a figment of the past—gradually descending like fingers, slipping off of the edge of a cliff.

So, what is L.U.S.T?

L.U.S.T. is merely a Limited Urge over Superficial Things.

In the end, love is what clings,

and not the ecstasies of fantasies, the nuances of desires, and the perishable enthusiasm of temporal flings.
