Darkness is only skin deep
Leaving pain to rise and fall
And in our hopes we keep
The love to outweigh it all.
Bringing the dawns arrays
Into the colors bright
Where the "black rose" awaits
To bring back the hidden light.
And we wait in anxious complaint
With the arouse of beauty's face
Knowing that we are ne'er the saint
As we seek the lovers grace.
But for those who do not know us
And for those who dare not look
Through times we will only fuss
About the clumsy and heartbreaking crook.
For we are still and refined
With tender forgiving bliss
With colors much defined
At our every deepened kiss.
And the gypsy colors shine
Spreading throughout the whole
Lapsing to give the rhyme
That leads to the deepest souls.
Yes, darkness is skin deep
Leaving pain to rise and fall
But with our hopes we keep
The love to outweigh it all!

My deepest desire is to be able to help people; since I am too shy to be a professional speaker I decided that writing is my next best option. However, I do love the feel of the pen upon the page and the clicking of my keys on my keyboard.
