A poem for a friend
If a soul wishes to heal
No power may against it stand
If a soul wishes to be free
no other may give it command

If a soul wishes to love
It’s true nature has it found
If a soul knows its own perfection
Its house is built on solid ground
*
If a soul desires abundance
It cannot be poor
If all souls Imagine peace
Never will be war
*
If a soul stands as one with god
Never can it fall
If a soul cries out for help
None can miss its call
*
A soul cannot be less than perfect
Forever is it complete
Blessed be the joyous occasion
Whenever two souls meet
*
If a soul sees itself in another
The path to heaven is clear
Be not dismayed, but rejoice in gladness
For perfect love will conquer fear
