I feel like a fool.
I feel ashamed.
I feel like the biggest idiot,
Ever known to man kind.
I don't know what in the hell I was thinking.
How I ever felt that I was in her league at all.
How I ever felt that she would see me as anyone worth her time.
(Outside of friendship)
I see them pictured together.
I look at her.
I look at him.
It broke me down.
I don't know what ever gave me the idea
That I could ever be a qualified competitor for her affections.
I knew today was going to be a long day,
But I had no inkling of just how long it would be.
I feel like crawling under a rock,
Not showing my face again,
For the amount of embarrassment I feel.
