‘Hoodvice
Yet another fairy tale for junior software developers
My little Scarlet Riding Hood,
I know you think that you are good,
I know you think that wolves are mad -
Them being big and gray and bad
And some already turning brown -
I know you want to hunt them down,
To kill them one by one by one,
But that is easier said than done.
I know you poisoned all your cakes
Since what it takes is what it takes,
Whoever eats the cakes will burst,
But what if Granny tries them first?
Be careful, dear little girl –
The wind will come, the leaves will swirl
And in the stormy aftermath
You may well lose your little path
And die of hunger in the wood
With only poisoned cakes for food.
It does not have to end this way –
Just let the wolves be big and gray,
Stay on the roads traveled less
And never trust a GPS.
