HER

Her mind is in constant motion

I relate her brain to the fish in the water

Her hair becomes tangled on a daily basis

I believe it’s from the stress

Our lives have intertwined

Only to cause a bigger mess

Only to cause more stress

But we survive

And she thrives

She thrives off of pain

I can see it in her eyes

I wish to show her only love

But she forces pain upon herself

I worry for her health

She worries for too much

Too much isn’t enough for her

She needs more and more and more and more

And she needs love and no love

She needs space and time

But time waits for no one

Space can be lonely

Her home has been invaded

Legs have been separated

Heart has been on hold

But for how long

Time waits on no one

And love is hard to come by

Her brain moves like a fish in the water

Constant motion

I just wish to calm her waters
