Even if you find what you think your looking for out of life and believe it to be true

you will still be missing everything that life is looking for out of you.

Only when you break out of the selfish paradigm that society tells you is correct

Can you make the difference in a world full of neglect

it's not about you, your wants or your needs

That's called too much pride, envy and greed

It's supposed to be about modesty, compassion, and sacrafice just a little clarity

These are virtues otherwise known as humility, kindness and charity

How we got so off track it's hard to know

My best guess is we let the ones with money control the flow

They enter your homes through radio and TV

subconsciously directing you to be who they want you to be

So ask yourself this are my thoughts really my own

if you really want to know you'll have to spend time alone

But the problem is were all so busy moving to fast

By the time you realized what you missed life's already past

Take time to listen to each other we are are own teachers

Take time to get to know one another be it a sinner or preacher

Not once have I mentioned, that you need to do you

Now get your butt out their and change a life, it doesn't matter who.
