The heart can be deceiving. We give in easily to the heart. We let the emotions run through us more quickly than thinking it through. Do you ever feel like you are giving more than you are receiving? Does it feel like sometimes it is a waste of time? If you are don’t feel bad because there are people who wear their heart on their sleeve more than others. We give way too much and are taken for granted. One thing to remember is to remind yourself that you will reap what you sow.

Don’t stop being a kind-hearted person. With the way things are going in this world, we could use more of it. We need to spread love to one another. We should be there for each other. No matter what we are struggling with, our heart knows that we are to love one another. Our hearts a filled with compassion, love, passion, affection, etc. Don’t let anyone tell you that you are living in your feelings too much. There isn’t enough of that going around. To many cold-hearted hearts lately. Be the small group that still cares and has a heart that can warm any conversation.

It helps you do all things

Our heart is a major organ. It pumps the blood to all areas of our body. Don’t take your heart for granted. It does more than just letting you fall in love. Take care of your heart, make sure you exercise, eat properly and release the stress you have been feeling. The heart feels more than we think. It deals with the stress, anxiety and depression.

Hearts are delicate. Care for a broken heart. Don’t rush out knowing your heart isn’t healed. You will end up broken once again. Know that healing is a process and the heart needs to heal in order to love or find love again. You will only be letting yourself down when you do things like that.
