Heart Break
Heart break kills emotions
It quenches the taste of love
It makes tears run down eye-lids
It makes a person lonely
It makes a person make vows that shouldn't be made.
It destroys happiness
It tarnishes joy
It makes peace at the moment to become blur
And saturation of life at that moment gets very dark.
The imagination of love as a bright future tends to be edited
And made a dark world.
It puts the mind in a state of emptiness
The bones gets weak
And head aches
The person gets depressed
Only to end up at night, sleeping
While listening to at sad songs
For heart break kills emotions.

The Golden Valley
The difference between light and dark could be as quick and simple as a flip of a switch, the drawing of a curtain, the opening of one’s eyes. It could be more gradual like the slow adjustment of the diaphragm on a microscope, the turn of a planet on its axis, the growing light as you approach the end of a tunnel. A flicker in the dark, a steady glow in the distance, a flash in the night sky.
