Going Crazy

A Poem

You say you still want it,

Like you’re done with being lonely now;

Bursting into my life,

As if I’m not carrying heavy weights on my shoulder

I wonder when I’ll let go

It’s sad to think you were never holding on,

Was there something I did wrong?

I’m addicted to you, and I love it!

Though I know, it’s bad for me

Your silence drives me crazy,

I think I’m going crazy

You never want to talk about you and I;

And you don’t realise; it gets tough trying to see through eyes that know the truth

Saying that you miss me,

I miss you too!

That’ll never be enough,

I’m starting to need you

I keep running back,

And it never ends pretty,

‘Cause my heart gets hurt every time

I’ve got to learn to move on,

But moving on seems to hurt the most
