FROM A FORMER ABYSS
Fear the gaze of the abyss.
Fear more the absence of the gaze.
Better to face the heart of darkness,
Then let it consume you in the Night.
Better to be a man who has witnessed,
Then to be an abyss of a man.
Filled with loathsome ignorance
Where wonder should be.
