is forever the idea you have when you’ve been born,
and you still hold close to your mother,
and think that this will last forever?
what is forever?
is forever a word that comes from the mouth of children,
of the little ones that stumble and play,
when they think they’ll be friends forever?
what is forever?
is forever the lie that we believed when we were young,
holding onto each other and thinking
that friendship lasts forever?
really… what is forever?
is it a game? is it a name? is it the concept of fame?
is it just a word with no meaning…
because nothing lasts forever?
because friendship fails and falls apart,
because you left me alone after you said
“i hope we’re friends forever.”
what is forever?
is it love? is it hate? is it opinions and differences and choice of words?
or is it just a thought you have as a child…
…that you’ll be friends forever?

The problem with being a nice person
Who would have thought that being a nice person could be problematic. The majority of people would tell you that’s what they want to be or at least want those around them to be, but as it turns out, what we want and what we say we want are worlds apart. I won't stress or ramble on about how I would like things to be, but I’ll just analyze why this is, I am not sure either if a solution is even possible.
