Fleeting Wonder: A Haiku

The beauty of time

By Amber BristowPublished about a year ago 1 min read

Days slip like sand grains,

All in the hourglass of life,

Passing, one by one.

*

Each day is a gift,

Blooming like bright daylilies,

A wonder, fleeting.

*

Like the setting sun,

Our time fades, preparing

For new dawns to come.

*

So treasure each grain,

before the hourglass grows full,

for this time, is yours.
