Five star

I could sleep in that hotel with the five-star review, but amenities don't matter, it doesn't have you

I could sleep in that hotel

With the five-star review

but amenities don't matter

it doesn't have you

They can take me

remake me

into a star

If you need me,

I'll be sleeping in our car

Someone else made the bed for me

that's nice

I get in alone

it feels like ice

Breakfast is hot

served here where you're not

It's only you I'm hungry for

I went out dancing on my own

Spent all night staring at my phone

When you didn't call, didn't text at all

I went through our old pictures some more

love poems
