I know how to follow another’s plan
looking for mines through the vines
walking through the fields of Afghanistan
I made it back to my fam’
A hollow shell is what came back
I never gave up on my plan
Playing call of duty with my clan
If only they could see me
I barely made it back from Afghanistan
Kept on pushing that’s who I am
I gave up everything
Nothing went according to plan
Still fighting to be all I can
Always dreaming, sometimes screaming
making my way back from Afghanistan
I found another for this man
because they see me for who I am
Writing poetry that’s my plan
Now that I’m back from Afghanistan

The problem with being a nice person
Who would have thought that being a nice person could be problematic. The majority of people would tell you that’s what they want to be or at least want those around them to be, but as it turns out, what we want and what we say we want are worlds apart. I won't stress or ramble on about how I would like things to be, but I’ll just analyze why this is, I am not sure either if a solution is even possible.
