ache and you will lose her
love and you will lose her further
it is a road of expectant heartache
it is a pathway of desired sufferance
take the easy way and forget her
take the fast way and remember
it is an escape from the laughter
it is an existence made of tinder
move the whole conception of it
move only half of the whole
and then double it
reach even deeper to find the wound
reach much farther than the surface
the depth of which you seek
the breadth of this you speak
is a dream of another dream
all of these are me
all of these are free
i am the pain from the scissors
when they cut the final tie
loved in an aching fashion
and left to become a trending accessory
the girl steps on
and steps forwards
lose her
and you will love
feel her ache
and you will know.
