Your eyes reflect the cosmos. Every layer contains a doorway into another dimension of which you have unlimited access, if you are so willing to find the key.

The key is your awareness. Your ability to become aware of how you gaze upon the world and of that which you allow your eyes to receive.

I want to invite you to notice how your eyes feel.

Are they strained? Are they squinted? Are they protecting you from something? Are there layers of walls filtering the stream of consciousness flowing in and out from your pupils?

Perhaps they are soft and warm. Perhaps they are open and reaching out to the world with hopeful grace and trust.

How your eyes feel is a clue for how you perceive and interact with the world around you.

On an even deeper level, what you FEEL yourself to perceive, you will in turn offer that same feeling to every experience of your existence.

If you wish to experience love, you first must learn how to exude love.

And how do you exude love?

By acknowledging that you are the architect of your life.

Imagine the center of your pupil growing wide and soft and warm. Imagine this gooey, yummy feeling bubbling up from deep inside you and rippling out into the far corners of your eyelids, out past your gaze, out into the deepest intricacies of all that you see.

Imagine the cells of the universe looking at you with this same gentle gaze

In the same moment, you can experience the cold grip of hate or the warm arms of love.

It all depends on the way you see.
