Even Though I’m Over You

Why do you still haunt me?

Why does the memory of you...

still haunt me

Even though I’m over you

why do you...

still taunt me

Taunt me with your selfish ways

haunt me with your loveless gaze

want me in a helpless daze

no mercy in your heartless soul

why do you still seem to control

My pain

Why do you always seem to know

I care

Even when I say I don’t

I swear...

I don’t

Someday you won’t mean a thing

to me

Just like I don’t mean a thing

to you

It seems the ghost of you

will keep me company

and drive me to my knees

But someday you won’t mean a thing

....to me
