Among the trees that reach for sky, And rivers that in laughter fly, The earth's own heartbeat, heard nearby, In every leaf, a lullaby.
Beneath the stars that softly gleam, And mountains that in majesty seem, Nature weaves her timeless dream, In every beam, a sacred stream.
So let us pause and take a glance, At nature's ever-true romance, For in her arms, we find our dance, In every chance, a second chance.
With every breath, we find our voice, In nature's choir, we all rejoice, For in her beauty, we find our choice, In every rejoice, a silent voice.

Tortured Soul
The soul careened blindly through a void where it scraped against the walls of a narrow tunnel, amassing a cumulative friction that created all the heat the devil would ever need to torment it. There was no light at the end, not even a fire. From the bottom a cold wind blew, and the clash of extremities spawned vapors of terror in the deadened and numbed appendage that was this strange, delirious, drunken consciousness.
