Electrify!
Static electricity and attraction
There's a charge in the air
A subtle vibration
high above us in the atmosphere
electrons jump from one cloud to another
An attraction of particles
sparks of energy crackling!
Surrounding the air around us
Crack! Sizzle!
electrify!
Standing out here with you
as we feel the charge of the storm
its not the only charge we feel
There's another energy
A sudden attraction
between two souls
As we stand close together
just you and I
My arm brushes yours
or maybe yours brushes mine
there's a charge in the air
Crack! Sizzle!
electrify!
Like electrons jumping within the air around us
As opposite charges attract
Electricity builds up between us
As we too, attract
Your arm touches mine
We should get out of the storm
Crack! Sizzle!
Electrify!
