Echoes of a Fading Heart

In the quiet sunset, your murmur waits,

A dash of warmth currently falling through fingers.

Love's delicate melody went to a forlorn murmur,

As stars above faint in the midnight sky.

Recollections like shadows, they delicately sob,

An affection once brilliant now floats into rest.

In the calm, my heart calls out to you,

In any case, in the reverberation, I know it's not something similar.

The imagery of a quiet sunset and warmth slipping through fingers evokes a sense of loss and longing. The recollections described as delicate sobs and the realization that the reverberation is not the same add depth to the emotions portrayed. Wonderful and have a nice day!
