Real love is a drug. It becomes an addiction. It distorts reality but isn’t that the point of it anyways? It would be utterly impossible to fall in love with someone that you really saw. My eyes were not blind but within each crack of my broken heart, a tiny light shown through, I choose to see the good in you. We were the forbidden love story from the start. Too broken to be repaired. Too unraveled to stay together. Our hearts will forever beat to the same drum, as we fell from the same star, I however, no longer feel the music.
