Damsel in Distress?

Nope, she can help herself up. So, unless she asks for your help, don't title her that, and more importantly, don't help her to prove your machismo.

Girl Next Door?

Oh please, let's not glorify the love thy neighbor thing.

The complete package?

Erm, she's not a commodity, so no, thank you.

Diva?

Yeah, maybe sometimes. But she probably has her reasons for the drama. We all do it, by the way, irrespective of our genders.

Gossip queen?

Right, like you don't do that at all, ever. Answer me this, "How did you hear about the latest scandal and how many people did you share it with?"

Slut?

Before we defend this one, think about these:

Did she turn you down?

Did she express a different opinion than yours?

Was she friendlier to someone else than she was to you?

Bitch?

Well, it takes one to know one. You're a dog or bitch too. Welcome to the tribe.

Next time you label any woman,

How about defining her based on her actual traits?

Smart, hardworking, resourceful, funny, kind.

The list is endless.

Or maybe not define her at all.

As Shakespeare rightly said,

"What's in a name?'

We can help him understand that,

By referring to women by their names rather than the stereotypical, derogatory, and misogynistic labels.
