Deep Thoughts
On my mind...
An apple a day makes you type out clichés.
A bird in the hand is worth a whole meal at KFC.
Neither a borrower nor a lender be without money problems.
If you can't say something nice about people, Tweet it.
Blood is thicker than water that did not come from a tap in Detroit.
Actions speak louder than words, unless the person shouts while doing something really crazy.
The early bird catches the worm because no one else wants to eat it.
The pen is mightier than the sword, especially if you write with a gun.
No man is an island; most are archipelagos that seem endless and very distant.
Do not judge a book by its cover; read the first page and then get disappointed.
It takes two to tango, but only one to embarrass yourself.
Practice what you preach, unless you are an amateur proctologist.
Two wrongs don't make a right, but three comes pretty close.
All's well that ends by the time the clock runs out.
Familiarity breeds contempt; families breed too much.
Love is blind, deaf, dumb, and often ignores the senses of smell and taste.
Cleanliness is next to godliness, unless you are using a dictionary (mine has it next to ''cleavage'').
Look before you leap, and then take the stairs.
Practice makes perfect...that's why I keep practicing...

Amusing and brief. Perfectly Vocal 😆 Well done!
Haha. That's great.
Lol, this was hilarious! My favourite is this: Love is blind, deaf, dumb, and often ignores the senses of smell and taste. Love is definitely retarded, lol!
Great job with your free verse! I love how you've taken familiar sayings and turned them on their heads with your clever twists. It's both humorous and thought-provoking at the same time. Keep up the good work 😀
hahahahaahhahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love it!!!!!
Thanks for the laughs! This was really clever and well done!
Loved this. Made me laugh a lot, and you hit the nail on the head with so many of these run-ragged cliches!
Very clever! I love wordplay 😁
Great lines!
Haha - I loved this! Thanks Kendall!
My favourite: 'Love is blind, deaf, dumb, and often ignores the senses of smell and taste.' As cringey as it is funny!
You really are on a roll today. Well done & lots of fun.
Nice💖
A cliché mash of sorts - well done!
