Starting where they end, she never saw it through.

Beginning again, he found out the truth.

Broken before, to fix up again.

He couldn’t implore, her to pretend.

Her dignified response, to a bitter start.

His lingering glance, overwhelming her heart.

Both walking away, it wasn’t worth the pain.

They will meet another day, maybe she will explain.

The truth remains unknown, he is still yearning

How do we grow, when we are halted from learning?

To want to know, or choose to believe.

They're taking it slow, before one of them leaves.

Slow are the kisses, and mental caresses.

Love through the rushes, flows air that she misses.

Losing the sentiment, like losing her senses.

Tactile intent, forever a blessing.

Losing her mind, she cuts into his.

She never was fine, but his actions were glib.

A pair of dumb psychos, they'd never felt higher.

Like a pair of pyros, their love was on fire.
