Dear Sister

When every moment spent with you becomes a memory and floats on the black and white mental canvas,

The wonder of the illusion of enchantment strikes the corner of the lips as the seven-coloured eyes of the rainbow appear in the colour fair of thousands of stars!

The angry glances of your eyes repeatedly measure the wary nomad in the mirage's scales against unjustified standards;

The index of love for you is always constant, because you are the tiniest plant in the rose garden.

I instantly forget all my woes when I see that endearingly sweet face of yours,

You are my beloved little sister.

Don't forget that you are in my breath and in my faith—

Long time has passed since I last touched your head,

So sadness ripples through my every word.

I am confident that our love and communication will never drop even after a hundred quarrels;

You are unique from everyone else and not like other people!

I only need to do a little to make you happy;

You have limited requirements and a simple nature.

You never become furious even though you endure hardships;

You don't argue, shout, fight, or have undue delirium with anyone.

How many people are fortunate enough to have a sister like you?

It never takes a battle for you to win my heart—

You are my sunrise even if everything turns into night!

Whenever I gaze upon your lovely face, all my pains vanish.

You will remain on the throne of my heart for the entire life.

My life is meaningless without you;

You never really leave my side and are always in the corner of my mind,

In this way, you live out the remainder of your days like an evening lamp.

"What would you name our childhood recollections?", the only question that enters my thoughts every morning and night in the middle of life—

Let all the memories of defilement be reduced to dust by pushing the affliction past the boundaries of desire and strength!

You are the finest at wiping away tears and exchanging grins,

It is a beautiful gift from God to have a sister like you!

More sacred than all the precious things in the world is your love—

The memories of mischief with you is the best memories for me;

My pain and affection have always been reciprocated by you,

I pledge to stand at your side constantly.
